Prayer Chain
We have an active Prayer Chain that people can access via our church’s website and/or contacting a Prayer Chain member directly. Bible Study Group Bible Study is being held Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am in the Overflow Room. Tuesday Morning Group The Tuesday Morning Group was founded by men of this church and includes men from the surrounding area. Each week they gather for fellowship, to share in devotions, and to talk. This group has been in existence for 28 years and has proven to be a strong group that offers support to its members. This group meets at 7:30 am, Tuesday mornings at Maggie J's Restaurant in Mapleton, MN Women's Fellowship The Second Tuesday of the month, the Women's Fellowship meets at 9:30 am at Maggie J's Restaurant in Mapleton, MN Christmas Eve Service ~ 5:00 pm We choose a special offering to give to each Christmas Eve. Veteran's Day Supper Every third year, we host the Veteran’s Day Supper. We rotate the event with the local St. Teresa Catholic and St. John Lutheran Churches of Mapleton. Loaves & Fishes ~ Garden of Eatin' Church members were instrumental in starting both our local food shelf (Loaves & Fishes) We have church members serving on these boards. The churches Garden of Eatin’, which is on the church grounds, is planted, cared for, watered and harvested by church members and provides fresh produce to the food shelf. 294.2 pounds of produce was donated from the United Church in 2022 . |
